How do I deal with my Gender Dysphoria stress?
The biggest challenge is to understand yourself what this challenge is and accept that this is challenging you. After that, if you have accepted yourself well then asking family and society would become an easier task. This process will build stress obviously because it defines an entire identity. So we look to people in some way but our identity is not that. So we need to undertake a creation of who we are. To create it, we have to work on ourselves. We can help our lifestyle by making sure that our health is good by looking at what we are eating, if we are sleeping well, physical activity, hobbies as well as socialisation. All of this helps us.
What are some relaxation techniques for stress?
So there are many ways to relax ourselves. If we talk about physical activity then it could include walking, dancing or yoga, gymming, and breathing exercises. There are meditations, and muscle relaxation techniques that can guide this as well. Reading helps a lot of us. You have to figure out which of these makes you feel happy and is enjoyable to you. And take time for it every day. Every day relieving some stress would help you in your coming out journey. Going out, observing nature and talking to others, all of it helps us.
