Periferry is an organisation that allows Transpeople to get jobs by providing them with placements and skill-enhancement training.
In it, Freja is a Technical support associate at HP, who got her placement through Periferry’s Revive programme. Freja helps give us the real side of the job market with respect to trans people.

Trishala has been working with Periferry as a training and partnership associate and she has been associated with Periferry for over three years now. Trishala tells us about how Periferry works tirelessly to secure jobs for Transpeople by training and recruitments and how they actively try to train companies to make secure workplaces a reality.
