Does HRT cause painful Orgasms ?

Is orgasm supposed to be painful after HRT?
There are many reasons for a painful orgasm. Testes might change or ligament contraction might result in a painful orgasm. It can also be the case that there are some changes in the penis so it becomes sensitive because the tissue is changing. PAINFUL ORGASMS ARE NOT COMMON.
Sometimes it can happen because of anatomical changes so getting an orgasm becomes difficult. So people take a lot more time, pressure and energy because it feels sensitive. But it is not common to get painful orgasms even while your body changes, there are a lot of changes happening to sexual function. But if this is still happening a year or two after your HRT then it is an issue. So it is better to talk from the beginning. And there is nothing to fear. please talk to a medical professional as soon as possible. But it does happen to some of us within the first month or a year.
So it is a temporary pain?
If they are happening because of anatomical problems then you can understand that most changes happen in the first year or the first two years. So the testes will reduce or the sperm count will be reduced. So this is why it could be painful but once it gets stabilised then there is no reason for pain.
