So HRT reduces our erections and to penetrate we need our erections to stay active. So if I don’t have an erection at that time it can be difficult for me. The other thing is that the erection needs to get hard and stay hard and if that is not the case then it can be more difficult for you too. So you can be turned on but you will not be able to penetrate.
What can I do to stay hard?

What is a cock ring?
A cock ring is made of silicone and its elasticity defers. You can place it on your penis like a condom. How does it work?
