Are people aware of Asia syndrome?
People in India are aware of Asia syndrome and that’s why they ask about fat grafting in place of silicone-based implants. But these days anaplastic lymphoma cases have come down because of the use of 5th generation silicone implants which are smooth. Before this, there were textured implants, which had texteured surfaces and were more prone. But these days most implants are smooth so this rarely happens- 1 in 30,000 cases. So once, the transplant is done so this can be detected and cured. If there is still a scare then one can go for fat grafting. Breast augmentation is the most done procedure amongst Trans-women. 
Old breast implants and disfigurement
If someone has had breast implants for a long time, then there is a fear of disfigurement at their removal. This happens both in transwomen as well as cis-women. In other countries, 1 out of 4 women go for breast augmentation surgery. Which is a large number of people. And if one has to remove the breast implant then there will be disfigurement and a loss of breast tissues. There is a need to take care of the patients.
