My concern is all about SRS and most importantly Orgasm!!
I'm 23 yrs currently on hormones (about one month) and I dnt want to be a take that AA+high doses of E(i m a big fan of progynon depot injection ? but unfortunately not available at india). After reading the harmful effects toward liver

?? So I decided to do orchimotomy to reduce the doses of AA, But there's a lot of quires about orchiectomy
1- Is it true? Or false after orchiectomy SRS should be done before one year otherwise skin in gonads will shrink and penile inversion can't be achieved????
2- BE Frankly, I just love to do sex with guyzzzz (with wild and kinky) sometimes BDSM! After vaginoplasty can i able to do Orgasm??? THAT MY Biggest Concern!
3- Which method of vaginoplasty (penile inversion, Colon vaginoplasty) what's the best method for getting orgasm!

ANS : FALSE... Skin shrinks but the size remains the same...it can't become smaller in size... it just shrinks to form folds but is expandable due to the elasticity... infact it would have been better if it would lessen in size to have a perfect labia majora and not the saggy ones...

ANS: Orgasm happens with brain and not with body or organs! always remember that..touch and sensations are just spices which help to achieve the taste of the meal... so the answer is YES you will be able to achieve

3- Which method of vaginoplasty (penile inversion, Colon vaginoplasty) what's the best method for getting orgasm!
ANS : Both are good... Sigmoid Colon provides self lubrication as the mucus formation happens inside the vagina on its own...while in penile inversion you will have dryness but you can always use gel or external lubricants. TBH...even in CIS Females, Many females have dryness issues...they have to use external lubricants

4- After orchiectomy, which method of vaginoplasty will be used for getting orgasm
ANS : Refer to my ans no.2, and both Sigmoid colon and Penile Inversion will let u have orgasm

5-whats the new method of Peritoneal pull through vaginoplasty! Is it available at india?
ANS : Have less knowledge about this but if I am not wrong it is the terminology used in CIS females

6-what's Non penile inversion!
ANS: Sigmoid colon Vaginoplasty is sometimes referred as Non Penile Inversion where the penile skin is not used as vaginal depth. Olmec Clinic's Dr. Narendra Kaushik can perform a combination of both the surgeries together.

[deleted] thanks for the answers. However point 6 is not accurate. Non penile inversion uses scrotal tissue as vagina and penile skin for labia majora and minora. Where penile inversion uses scrotal tissue as labia majora and inverted penile skin as neo vagina. The difference between is penile inversion gives the maximum sensitivity inside the vagina where non penile inversion preserves the most sensitivity on your labia majora and minora representing a natal female's vagina. Dr Kaushik performs sigmoid colon vaginoplasty if only the patient doesn't have enough penile tissue. There is a reason for that. The sigmoid vaginoplasty has a worst disadvantage of excessive self lubrication and unpleasant odur for first 1-2 years. It's the least preferred method by mtf people. There is no relation between non penile inversion and sigmoid. Both are entirely different methods.

Hasini I dont have any source , I just happened to know 2 girls in India who got this surgery , there were the only 2 trans girls to get this surgery in india , it was an experimental surgery, they got the surgery free , they were the guinea Pigs for the surgery. But both of them are unsatisfied, Their recovery has been difficult & long , & the Virginal girth is really small.

I have also Physically seen the results of the surgery of these girls, the Vagina looks much more natural & lubricated , But girth is really small hardly 2 fingers width.

Rubina312 Orchiectomy does not affect either method of Srs. Your penile tissue shrinks very much depends upon the years of hrt. This tissue can't be stretched. That's the reason people usually have Srs within 2 years of hrt. It's not the scrotal tissue that gonna cost trouble because it can be stretched easily. Even if you do Orchiectomy you won't have any problems with Srs. But if you are circumsised then penile inversion can't give you enough depth. That's where people opt for non penile inversion.

My trans friends have not reported any problems with their sex life as such though we have never specifically discussed orgasms. The only recurring thing I keep hearing is the problem of lubrication. We need to plan ahead to ensure that we are always carrying some lubricant in our bags so it is available when the mood strikes! ?

The surgeons I talked to did introduce the idea of the colon-based vaginoplasty. They tell me the problem of smell goes away in 5-6 months. Not sure of the details since all the people I know have had PI based surgeries.
