Ompunekar need not feel panic, sigmoid is one stop solution , I don't think penile inversion and peritoneal can support sex life post marriage 😅 ...however sigmoid also there are limitations...I'm yet to learn different positions! , I am unable to have penetrative sex in other positions apart from the usual one which we dilate in !! , vagina doesn't support lubrication !! Lubrication isn't that much as much as it can support for penetration!! My partner doesn't like external lubricants ( water based or oil based ) , actually these surgeries are complex !! Post surgery your sex drive falls !!! Penetrative sex is not pleasurable, orgasm depends on your excitation and mind !! You need to workup your mind set !!
