Hi folks! ❤️ It’s been quite a while since I’ve posted. I’ve been keeping busy with the kids and family, but I thought I’d finally share a little update on my surgery journey.

Coming to my surgery update — I have a small complication: a tiny pimple-like bump on the part of the colon graft that is exposed externally. Since I’m sexually active and also use a pad every day, I wanted to get it properly evaluated.

I recently visited a gynaecologist, who examined me and reassured me that my vagina is perfectly fine and that the colon graft looks healthy and red, with no major concerns. I also spoke with Dr. Richie, and he asked me to come to Delhi for an assessment. I’ll be there on September 1, 2026, and the team will evaluate everything and let me know what needs to be done.

There’s one more thing I’ve been experiencing — I’m unable to try different positions during sex. I’m comfortable with missionary and reverse missionary, but other positions are difficult, possibly because of the positioning/angle of the vagina. I’ve already discussed this with my doctor, and he said we can evaluate it during my visit.

I’ll update you all once my consultation is done. ❤️

I wasn’t planning on getting any revision, but this little bump has been causing me quite a bit of trouble, so I decided to get it checked properly.

Apart from this, I’m genuinely very happy with my results and everything else has been going really well. ❤️

Ruhanika 29 april this year i dont like at all how it looks i think i have sensation down there in clit but i wasnt able to use it cuz there still pain in whole neo vagina and my pee is coming out weirdly i can pee standing up in shower dr said it can be fixed in 10 min surgery as for aesthetic i got told its impossible what i want i have a big skin bridge between clit and vagina opening which make it looks like i have two anus i really hate it rn my mom was with me when i bought this aesthetic issue with him he just told my mother and me that im trans and this is how its gonna look its gonna be diff than normal girls

makise_kurisu That's really sad 😔 . DO you think a revision surgery would help with the aesthetics? Sensations might take time to come back. But I guess aesthetics can be corrected, right? And swelling in the neovagina also causes urine to pass in random directions. So probably let the swelling calm down?

makise_kurisu As trans women, it is completely natural for us to compare our results to cis women. We tend to be our own harshest critics! But believe me, no two cis vaginas look exactly the same either.When you find the person you want to marry, these tiny details won't even matter to them. In the heat of the moment, partners aren't hyper-focusing on aesthetics they are focusing on the connection and how good it feels.Try not to stress too much about the appearance right now. Your body will keep healing and changing for at least a full year. If you still want minor changes down the road, you can always look into an aesthetic revision later. Avoid overthinking it for now, and give yourself time to heal!
