Hyderabadi_girl i passed urine it was eaay first passage was like pta ni from where pressure is coming and where urine is passing ..till today i have passes multiple times ...its easy and good ...feels good to pee like a women .. currently the stream is little uneven butits good. No issues touchwood.only issue is vagina looks like wound rn plus doc richie has put stiches little above vulva also .

Dilation is most important part of srs don't neglect,keep dilating.....atleast 30 min 3 times a day for atleast 3 months and later once a day you can do ! ...I am very strict with myself when it comes to dilation ...

Buy povidone iodine 5%w/v + 20 ml syringe+ initially you can use saline ,later filter water .....taken it in a cup of water mix saline + betadine....first clean external genitalia later dilate with smaller dilator so that vagina opens up slowly put the injection and flush !!! Repeat it thrice...it brings out lumps and everything inside the vagina ....it basically cleans the vagina

Mam please be little regular in reply its a humble request .One question i had i see my clitoris is also having stich with the skin of labia minora but only on left side from right side inside of vulva is visible and no stich is there ..was it same for you .or diffrent .plus the vagina entrance looks red and small i can take only dialtor upto 2 and 3 goes very difficult so kost of time i take only till two..please guide about the same

Ayushi03 Don't be tensed , it's all fine !! Dilate your vagina regularly, it's all in your head you need to progress to larger dilators , if you feel tensed then the vagina becomes harder and it won't allow any size dilator , so relax and progress the dilators slowly one by one + regarding the red part yes it's colon and that's not an issue ...it will change color and go inside slowly !! ,it's not an issue at all ! , + don't judge your vagina ...it will take time to settle !!!! Inthna andar ghuske dekhne ki zarurat nahi hai ....just keep dilating properly !!! Progress sizes !!

Ayushi03 Faeces ? That should not be the case , you might find lumps which are pale yellow color not like faeces , sometime whitish mucus ( like color of semen -milky white ) usually you should not be seeing faeces in the sigmoid coz the colon is segregated from the digestive tract! Examine properly and discuss with the doctor , I don't think it's faces it might be lumps , the musus sometimes becomes lumps and you need to regular douche to avoid this issue
