J_prethyusha2002 I can't answer this question....both have + and - so it's individual experience.There are some girl who had complications from both the surgeons ,there are some girls who are not happy with the results from both the surgeons.At the end of the day it's individual experience and in India currently these both surgeons practice more surgeries so you can choose any one of them !!!

Basic tests -2300/-
Traveling cost -30k (to and fro)
Stay - 20k ..I stayed in Delhi for (17 days)
7 days in hospital -4.52 lakhs surgery cost covered by insurance,I had to pay 70k from my pocket
Dilators -800/- ( purchase from Flipkart) same dilators Richie gupta sir will give you for 4k advice not to take from him
Sanitary pads etc , food -5k

Total expenditure will be around 6L not more than that

1.sigmoid colony vaginoplasty is self lubricating but it doesn't provide as much lubrication to attain penetrative sex

Sigmoid colon vaginoplasty doesn't provide pleasurable penetrative sex rather you can enjoy your partner touching and playing with the clit ... penetrative sex is not pleasurable
We need to learn different positions
Sigmoid colon keeps generating mucus so using a pad daily is suggested ,it doesn't leak too much tho !!
Keep dilating if you wanna maintain depth !
Overall ...my experience is fair
Dr.Richie Gupta makes the colon visible from outside it looks unnatural a little bit ...I feel he has to work on aesthetics a little bit (for me I'm happy and I don't wanna go for re surgery!! )
There are high chances of UTI's so you need to keep it hygienic and clean !!
Orgasms depends on your mind set!!
You need to get there to get that orgasm ....don't feel sex as something you have to do xyz just enjoy the feel just as you do
10 . Don't stress during penetrative sex ...stress makes your muscles down there tighter so ...go easy and it will be awesome!!
My partner doesn't like lubricant (both water based or oil based for him it doesn't work and doesn't give pleasure ) alternatively you can use saliva + mucus from colon to get lubrication.....but remember you clean it thoroughly post intercourse

My satisfaction 6/10
Partner satisfaction 9.5/10

That's how I can express ;!

Sigmoid colon is good if you are planning to get married I don't think other surgeries might help that much specially for regular intercourse......subject to individual experience
