Dr Salil Patil assures, “Our ultimate aim after the creation of the vagina is to get a vagina that looks and feels like a normal, natural vagina and it functions well.”
Penile Skin
So when we create a vagina if we use penile skin then it won’t get the exact same sensations as before. This is why we take the penis tip, also known as the glans penis. We take that and we put it near the urine opening. We maintain its sensation, its nerve supply, we keep all of it maintained. So touching that will give us sensations. So these sensations help a lot in achieving an orgasm that is the first thing.
And the second thing is going towards orgasm. Orgasm is not merely physical. There is a big role in your mental and emotional state in this. So if you are connected with your partner to that level, emotionally and mentally when you feel in touch and in sync with them then that feeling along with adequate use of the lubrication and the use of the glans penis skin as the clitoris will definitely lead to an orgasm.
Bowel
If the bowel is used, then its sensation is slightly different than that of the vagina. But yes, Dr Salil claims, if you are in sync with your partner, your brain will interpret that in a sexually aroused way. If it has a little sexual arousal then that will also lead to an orgasm.
So orgasm is definitely achievable after a gender reaffirmation surgery.
