VaishnoM trans-friendly docs will understand the situations, many Indian transfems have gone your route below 18, you need a opinion letter aka gd letter from a psychiatrist, take that to a trans-friendly endo, and as 16 is the age of consent from wpath guidelines, with the support from parents and everything it can be possible.
