I identify myself as a male in a female body..i cant come out now bcoz my family is very strict and they will disown me and right now i dont have any source of income for survival or to complete the transition but due to my big breast, i am having huge dysphoria..i bought a binder also but it made me suffocated..i tried exercises too but it increased the size..i cant deal with this feeling neither i can start my transition..pls help me what to do?

alostsoul then wait for transition till you get independent, I know it's very difficult to see your body developing in a different way that you don't want and it feels so helpless that we can't do anything for it, but that doesn't mean one should get depressed, at this situation it's important to do what we can do in present, and that is to study hard to be independent asap and start our transition, and till then you can also work on your body to make it more the way you want, it would be difficult but can be done, if you stay strong and focused. And I believe you are strong.

alostsoul i don't know much about f2m, i am just saying few basic things. Breasts are made of fat mostly. Try some diet to reduce fat in ur body and do exercise like male overall body not in particular area like chest. Initially ur body may seem to get bigger because as muscle get stress it will expand, later it gets hard and reduce. So don't stop in middle it will increase the size keep holding that. And doing exercise will make ur body strong which will be helpful in transition. Please wear sports bra while doing exercise and try running also. Try 30days fitness app, Hope this will help you.

There are options available in India.
Search for "Underworks Mens Gynecomastia Chest Binder". Available on Amazon and Flipkart.

Then there are Mens Compression Vests.
And if you dont get anything, you can buy a VISSCO abdominal belt and customize it as a binder. It works like a magic.

Crepe bandages will obstruct your circulation and also will not bind well.

And yes - do not bind continuously more than 5 to 6 hours max.

Hi @alostsoul some of my ftm friends (they're like online friends but hey) tend to use what are called as "Binders". It's similar to what transgender women wear, like transwomen tend to tuck their di*ks with tap and some good quality cloth so that when they wear girl's dresses like skirts or long dresses, their dick or the shape of it doesn't get exposed.

Transmen usually use what are called as "Binders" which are basically these very elastic clothing that you slide across your boobs. This cloth will force your boobs against your body (cus the cloth is elastic) and compresses your boobs until it looks flat up there.

Between this is coming from a transgirl, so I don't really have a lot of information about this, you can checkout some subreddits I guess, and you should definitely ask your doctor before you do anything. I see people wearing binders, but I don't know if it has any negative impacts on you or not, so you should definitely think about this and consider the choices.

Even for transgirls, tucking is not always a good idea. Tucking results in germs getting accumulated in that place, or making it impossible to move around (cus you're constantly crushing your balls ugh) etc. Luckily for most transgirls, once they start HRT, their dick doesn't get hard and starts to shrink. which is SO MUCH BETTER than a dick that feels like it has a "life of it's own".

I think as for transmen, they go for a top surgery after some time cus you know the breasts have already developed.. I've seen men posting pics of their topsurgery and I feel like it's absolutely worth it! (oh i follow a ton of trans people in tumblr lol)

Yuvathi Yes, I tried to reduce fat and it is working. Earlier I did this mistake of leaving excercise in the middle but now I am much more determined because I can't deal with dysphoria and this thought is keeping me motivated. Thank you. ?

alostsoul what about crepe bandage ???? i have heard a lot of transmen use it too to compress breasts... did anyone try here ???

DakshDRider I don't think crepe bandage will help. Other type of adhesive bandages can but they are very dangerous as they can damage the ribs.
