How is the covid and lockdown situation in Bangalore? I'm in my hometown and want to move back to Bangalore. I'll miss the home cooked food but I cannot be myself here. Is it safe to come back? I've got the first vaccine dose but i don't want to get arrested or fined due to breaking lockdown rules. Or be quarentined. Any information is appreciated.
