Hasini i would never go to a govt hosp.. but actually, once a while ago . i referred my psychiatrist to a friend who is also undergoing transition.. and my psychiatrist suggested her that (considering the financial difficulties) there are few govt hospitals who do it well and at cheaper cost..and there are success stories too... been attached to the media i can give u the best example of a police constable (FTM) who has recently undergone it at Bombay Hospital
