TrishaSharma Going by the prices you mentioned , I feel Olmec is at the higher end of the price range. If you look around , you can also find good surgeons who do these procedures at half this price. So i request you to look around.
And also check what are the procedures that are absolute requirement to firstly feminise your face rather than to beautify it. You can beautify your face all your life, whats most important is first you feminise it.
One word of wisdom from personal experience, Dont ever go for more than 2 surgical procedures in a surgical session. Surgeons will try to sell you a surgery package deal, where they will mention from 4 to 10 surgical procedures in one surgery session (eg: rhinoplasty +forehead feminisation +genioplasty + brow lift + cheek implant + lip lift +Etc = one surgical session) . They will quote per procedure a lower price (a so called good deal), but in total a hefty bill. DONT EVER GO FOR IT. Its a sham, Surgeons call it a checklist surgery, most of the times they have a checklist of procedures, a surgeon makes an incision & does the minimal possible work to mark the checklist done. And logically speaking its not even possible to do a good job , the moment a surgeon makes the first incision on your face the swelling kicks in within a set period of time (which means a surgeon has a definite time interval to achieve his task ie., the checklist, with precision, rest is all guess work) & then there is also surgeons fatigue and other factors involved. so dont ever go for more than 2 procedures in a surgical session. Its never a great deal , the surgeon will make a haute pot on your face.
Keep a minimalist view for Facial faminization surgeries, Initially only go for what is a absolute requirement to feminise your face , not to beautify it. & 99% of the times it may be 0 to 2 procedures. Women come in all shapes and types, your initial goal is to pass as a women, not to pass as deepika padukone or sonam kapoor.
