there are 2 options Transgender certificate and identity card
and revised transgender certificated and identity card
do i need to get the first one and then the revised on ?
cuz in revised on it has option for female
and where do i have to upload the stuff from doctors apprval, gazzet and newspaper, cuz i just see option to upload adahar card kind of identification
but no place to upload doctors apprval, gazzet and newspaper and affidevit

and no one will know about it right? likes its all done digitally and online so there wont be any inquary like comming to house and stuff cuz am transitioning but waiting to come out in socity once i pass a bit

U need to submit any supportive medical certificate .
Either way verification is compulsory.

it said
i identifie as transgender
i asking that if i can write that
i identfie as a women
in affidevit
i have the other documents from phycatrist and ENDO about hrt and stuff
just confused about this affidevit like do i write trans or women in it

U gonna need transgender affidavit too. In ordered to support ur that ur transitioning.
We if go fr f maker directly wee gonna face issues in some departments like education certificates n driving license, passport etc. Because they don't have any knowledge that these rules exist.
So my suggestion is better get affidavit as transgender.

Ward medical officer 1 ,panchayat members2,anganwadi members 3.
They all came as group and collected documents xeroxs and took a pic of me in front my home and with them as group.
Happend 2twice.

anusha235 In law there is absolutely no mention of verification. Did u ask them under which authority they came to verify since it is patently illegal and means outing you to whole society.

They told me we got ur application fr transgender id and revised certificate ( which is new to them and I'm first person in Telangana to apply that)their head of the department given orders to collect documents n verify details. Weird thing is they even asked my neighbors whether I'm a transgender r not.😷

anusha235 What they did was patently illegal since it is against your right to privacy.I dont know what sort of society we are living in. I haven't come across this kind of stories in my state yet so I have to verify.But what happened to you should not have happened to anybody at all.You are subjected to patently illegal procedure.I should not ask you to sue but there needs to be some talk about what they did to you.

Asking your neighbor means they don't value your declaration.It is mind boggling how patently illegal thing happened to you.I haven't come across more stories of verification yet but I will look into it.

Take it from a lawyer.The state exposed your secret.Subjected to you patently criminal procedure and took away your constitutional right. No verification is needed if someone is declaring herself as trans.Whole thing needed to be done in private.

sreemati well that's what happend at least in my state .
Even asked to visit their office.for address verification 10days back.( I already got my certificates 3 months back)
Don't know y they still need my presence .but everytime I visit they taking group pic with them to send their head officer.

Should have consulted with a lawyer.

What is happening to you is patently illegal.You have been wronged.There is no provision in law to what they are doing with you.Very simply they have no authority to ask or do what they have done.

If possible draft a letter from a lawyer mentioning the law.Clearly mention the relevant sections.Second mention your right to privacy.Third ask for compensation for mental damage caused by the wrongful act - and ask for answer within 30 days.

You deserve monetary compensation and apology for what they are doing to you.

I am not there otherwise I would written you the draft for free.But you are victim of an illegal and patently unauthorsied act.
