yashika_1989 Thanks, Yashika! : ) I will escalate it in my next meeting re the whole RLE thing. To be honest, it was the superior's idea, and only the junior's insistence that it be complied with. He just went along with what the senior counselor said. That said, I will also discuss the whole waiting, clarity and direction I have planned, and there is no need to wait.
Hoping it goes well, and I can start my HRT by next month. It's like I am now consumed by this idea of progress in my transition, and I am thinking of it, sleeping and awake! :\
