I am 25 years old. And I have decided to do transition But I don't know where to start and I am not in safe place to express my true gender identity. I know it is not safe to take hormone pills on my own. but i know one thing for sure I have low testosterone naturally. I also looking for some transsexual friend from Chennai who i can talk about HRT .
