hello, i had submitted my details on transgender dosje portal half a month ago, on 9th september, its state of submission of application was under process of filtering stage, then the next day i logged in to track progress, the status button disappeared, theres only 2 buttons since then, apply for tg card and certificate then grievances and communication, i need some assistance from someone familiar with the site
