PI-B type vaginoplasty at olmec

Hope u guyz are already aware of this new PI-B vaginoplasty introduced by Dr. Narendra Kaushik.

I am curious to know how is it different than normal penile inversion. And then if I compare it to sigmoid, is PI-B a better option?

If anyone has clue, please put some light...much appreciated 😊

I am yet to decide the Surgeon and the type of vaginoplasty. Ur inputs would help me a lot. 🫰✨

Recently had a consultation with him. I felt he was pushing for PI-B vaginoplasty. I do have a higher BMI so he did not recommend PPV or sigmoid colon for me. But it is weight, which I can lose as my preference is PPV. Still I felt that he was pushing the PI-B method. When I pushed him for more details on PPV he started listing the cons of the procedure highlighting my weight. Which I understand that I am not physically fit right now for an invasive procedure but weight can be lost. Which he thinks in my case is impossible without a bariatric surgery. I do however disagree with his conclusion on this.

Have only done limited research on the procedure as it was my first time hearing about it. What I can find is only by him. So I don't know how good the procedure is. Couldn't find any testimonials either.

I know that this doesn't answer your query but just wanted to add my points.

Dishsoap thank you for the response. Yeah, there is limited research and reviews, so can't really figure out what's good for myself. But do u think the appointment was just? Did he spend enough time to answer your queries and explain things in detail? Or was he just making money out of the situation, as I have heard many a times?
