Any Judgments available on the High Court and Supreme Court are matters of public record, especially reportable Judgments such as the one present in this thread, if a Judgement is confidential, there won't be a record online, but it can still be obtained by an advocate, requesting for a certified copy of the same, only thing anyone who wants that has to give in writing why they need such an information.
