Update !!
Pain in Vulva continues to be even after 2 months of surgery ...it's very much bearable but sometimes intense , you can tolerate it though without medication only thing is you need to lie down and take rest , the mucus secretions are quite thick , initially I used to get thick mucus secretion but now it has reduced a lot .....my pad is almost dry till evening .....except for a few drops .....I douche my vagina before and after dilation to remove the lumps and lubricant .......after through cleaning I use a sanitary pad and my vagina leaks alot of thick mucus and lumps !!! It's kinda gross but that's how it is may be it self cleans .......later I need to discard the pad and wear a new one !! It only happens once after dilation ..... whatever douching liquid remains comes out with mixture of lubricant and thick mucus + lumps .....
The is no smell ! No pain during dilation + no issues with depth or width + no complaints on vagina ...the results are good
Only concern is mucus secretion which has come down eventually and I believe it will continue to reduce over time .....
In sigmoid colon vaginoplasty.. hygiene plays a vital role ...we need to douche regularly
