There are two sections when I was filling in the application: one for medical intervention upload and another for surgery. When I tried the "yes" on surgery section, it had another upload form. I put it back to no and uploaded it under medical intervention.

Can I ask who did you approach to get the hrt prescription instead of letter thing resolved? Since they are unresponsive via email I may eventually have to meet someone.
