Nishi Yes, have heard Dr Telang's FFS outcomes are good.
Regarding the Peritoneal Pull-Through technique, this surgery has been performed on CIS women who have MRKH syndrome. In a nutshell, this is a congenital disorder where there is no vaginal cavity but the external genitalia looks normal. I understand that the first doctor to do this surgery on a transwoman was Dr Ting based out of New York. Now there are a growing number of doctors such as Dr Heidi Wittenberg from the US , Dr Kamol in Thailand and Priya Med in Mumbai who do it. Based on my reading, the long term affects are still unknown as it's a relatively a new procedure for transwomen. There are quite a few videos on YouTube ( Dr Wittenberg has a channel) and many articles on Reddit by transwomen who have undergone the procedure.
