So this is a list for FFS packing (excluding obvious ones) both for India and Abroad places.

For India i have taken OLMEC as reference (btw Disclaimer: Am not a doctor, I have not had FFS for me yet only for my friend and friends. am just sharing this for the closest sister who is in need and the farthest most person who can see this as hope at the last moment plans)

All depends on surgeries you have*****

1)Probiotics- yogurts, for post-op digestion. $
2) Cups that are small and easy to drink without tilting your head or Straws with bent necks or large syringes to draw liquids and squirt in mouths - this is depends on your surgeries around mouth, jaw,chin) $
3) Take all your previous histories and IDs and Recently watched Shows/ Series in Pen drive and save space $ (watch them half way so you can have the eagerness to finish it even in tough days but try to keep it ease no hectic laughs and hard facial emotions stuff, we don’t want the facial muscles to move a lot)
4) Betadine Mouth washes/ salt to gargle and some mouth lubricants like coconut oil! (check with docs) which doubles as lip balms for dry lips (use humidifier also ₹$)
5)Q tips/ earbuds (₹$) and Gloves (₹), Tissues$ (Apollo Anti- Bac/ Baby wipes₹), Towels to spread down while eating to cope with spills, Towels to wipe face, Baby no tear soft shampoo and soaps,
6)Wedge pillow for you back to be at 45 degree in hotels, in hospital use the tilt mechanism and use a neck pillow for necks that helps. do practice sleeping in these
7) Key holders, emergency items in quick take bags, zip ties, zip lock bags, pack light if not take someone with you to help with it.
8) Pack clothes with buttons and zippers (shirts) this is to avoid any disturbance to the head and take scarfs for head and head band for hairline scars, Masks with tie ropes behind head for avoiding ear stress and if possible those hat with face curtains like in middle east movies. Slippers with covers
9)Satin/ silk stuff for hair ties, pillows cause they are soft to hair and are sometimes germ resistant * (hari band has to be loose)
10) Extension cords ₹, International Adaptors $,
bluetooth speakers (cause your ears might be covered), Massagers for legs (for few folks $), Humidifier again, Nose hair trimmers
11) contact lenses and Spectacles and Sunglasses enough to hide those purple eye marks etc
12) Looz syrup 5-10 ml max ₹ or any mild laxatives $, Saline sprays for nose, sugar free cough drops.

The recovery might be tough for few day but bite the bullet or tongue or your partner for the first 3 days and then it is just recovery as life goes from 3,6,9,12 months (changes can happen at any time and be progressive over the course of a year or two so be calm, if you are so sensitive like me try to avoid mirrors, video calls etc and have your partner look and care for your face till your partner feels it is okay or 1 month or 3 month, if possible practise the recovery if you are prone to panic attacks and stuff Visualize or lay on bed and sleep and wake but not out of bed stuff nose or hold them and use mouth with small opening to breath and use those pillows you bought and see if they are really comfortable this is a good time to test your care takers skills and also be calm whatever happens there is nothing you are going to do it is either the doc or god, even vomit is good to be taken so don’t worry for whatever stuff all will be well believe in your body, doctor and God (if your atheist believe in your cells that you have)

for those guardian angel rambo sister stuff practise liquid diets and etc like 2-3 month before surgery for a day or two kind of helps to set mind out of sugar and spices ₹ and carbs.
have mild expectations that are feasible, clean your scalp etc before surgery take all your laser and spa treatments etc ahead, massage your faces etc pre op a week ahead, learn breathing techniques to keep your airways clean and use steam therapies to clean all airways, you can’t sneeze, avoid sun exposure for some months so buy, plan and do stuff around it, pineapple juices for swelling, 25-28 temp for best recovery and finasteride or some stuff for reduce hair fall, get hair transplantation later on scars after 1 year, no sugars and no piercing cause the spot may move, doing ffs all together or not is down to money, doctor and body. take all test ahead so you have time to take meds to rectify them before surgery.
