Iam shirin patil male to female trans from Pune

As we see related to transition surgeries we people mostly look towards to North especially Delhi surgeons
I am not an exception
I have taken surgery appointment for breast implants and bottom surgery also paid advance payment too.

But when I started my first step in transition I met Dr Salil Patil on 25/12/2023 first time as per suggested by volunteers from transgenderindia.com forum.

At that time I almost decided to take all treatments from him
I don't know why might be he is from same Marathi community but he initially never talk to me in Marathi

As time goes I was on harmones since Feb 24
In august I have started my journey in surgeries
I have taken surgery appointment from one of the surgeon from Mumbai for 31st August also paid 50k advance for breast implants

But in between I met Dr Salil Patil with the help of Mr Ajinkya sir
In that meeting I feel there is so much difference in conveying exact treatment and results
So I decided to take treatment from Patil sir and fixed Breasts implants, buccal fat removal and chick implants surgeries on 28th August

And completed it successfully.

From 28th August I have done with 6 surgical treatments like bottom surgery, breast implants, liposuction, chick implants, scar treatment and few non surgical treatments like laser hair removal, beauty drip , botox etc

Every treatment went much smoothly
No complications no much pain and excellent results , speedy recovery

Especially I have too much fear in mind about bottom surgery ( Sigmoid colon vaginoplasty)
After reading online many negative results.
Before surgery I just said to Dr Patil I have faith in u
Everything is in ur hand.
After surgery Dr Patil and Dr Vivek Kulkarni proved it true 😊

Everything went smoothly beyond my expectations.
Surgery process was smooth and hospital staff is like a family
They treated me as their family member it was so much relaxing it was biggest motivation for me.
