So the title pretty much sums up what i wanted to ask
I have got my updated aadhar card and my TG certificate and ID card, I'm pretty unsure about how to proceed with name change on PAN card. I applied for name change twice online but got rejected as they said there were some discrepancy. I went offline but they said they need gazette notification, i tried telling them that supreme court made a new law for trans people but they won't listen.
My only hope is to do it online but I'm confused on how to proceed now? Which sort of procedure (paperless or eKYC and paperless) to select and which sort of documents to provide and which proof of identity and proof of address and all of that provide.
If someone can guide me or point me in the right direction it will be really appreciated.
