I've done it. I found the holy grail. The M&S Bralette is the winner.

These are essentially just like the Decathlon sports bra, but without the extreme compression. They are absolutely excellent for daily wear, and the fact that they don't have molded cups means there will neither be excess space nor extra fabric. Been wearing these for a few days now and I am confident this is exactly what I need to wear long term.
I also tried their Flexifitโข Non Wired Crop Top which is really good, but they are expensive and I can't currently afford to buy them in multiples for daily wear:

Both the bralette and the crop tops have removable padding as well, but the paddling is very comfortable, seamless and not hard and tacky like Zivame.
Additional $0.02 no one asked for: To any other trans women and transfem enbies reading this thread in the far future, I highly, highly suggest staying away from mainstream brands like Zivame, Enamor, Clovia, etc. etc., no matter how you much you may try, these bras will simply not fit you well (at least not this early), and you may end up spending more trying them out and losing money in the process of experimenting with than than paying for a single set of slightly more expensive bras from H&M or Uniqlo, etc. Bra fitters in stores will also not really be able to give you good advice, and while something may seem like a minor improvement in the moment, it will not work in the long term. I am not dissuading anyone from experimenting, but do stick to bralettes, crop tops and sports bras if you want an immediate solution!
