Dear
Queen26 that is indeed quite expensive, given that they are not doing the most expensive & important part of the process (that is travelling to department of publications in New Delhi, and doing the gazette publication )
Step 1) affidavit drafting, printing on a stamp paper and delivery.---> costs 300rs at the local notary.
Step 2) publishing in one national and regional newspapers ---> costs 600 to 800rs in total for 2 newspapers.
Step 3) gazzette documents including cd and demand draft ---> is free, i will attach the format in my next post, just replace ur details.
Step 4) Applying for gazette notification ---> if you are not from delhi, travel + stay + food costs when you go to delhi. ( legaldesk.com is taking 7000rs & not doing the step 4, whereas the step 4 is the most expensive & difficult step for most ppl)
I did my gazette publication last week, The people in gazette of india (department of publications) are very cooperative. The Kritika singh case has literally shaken them. I would suggest ppl to not to fall into this legaldesk.com package... its too expensive, just do-it-yourself by visiting a local notary.
