Hio my sister here has indeed explained it very well, also there are few things I wish to add as under
1) There are two methods sigmoid colon vaginoplasty is performed, one is by total laparoscopy and other is the regular method which leaves a big scar on the belly.
2) the advantages of SCV is majorly the "True vaginal feeling" for your partner, how ever you will be less sensitive yourself to feel. It gives u a good depth as already mentioned by @Tsjazzleo .
3) There are few surgical cons which may occur post surgery like uncontrolled discharge for months which may force you to use pads all the time. And the smell would be definitely not interesting lol
4) I know a few doctors who can perform the surgeries with minimal scaring which is not even noticeable once you have healed up. It more depends upon the patients own healing capabilities and age rather than the doctor.
So far I have found promising results with sigmoid colon and my bestie has undergone a combination of 3 methods which has given her a CIS gender vagina but the cost was huge! and she suffered rectal issues too after that for which she had to undergo another surgery.
