Since you are pre-hrt it really depends on how far you dress as femme.If you are going in male mode then you can go anywhere.If you are going in female mode better keep someone with you.SOuthern Kolkata is fine.You can visit Nandan,Academy and other shopping malls.In fem mode there may be few catcalls but its tolerable level.I don't think you will face any violent catcall or other behavior here.In covid time I am not sure who would be up for a meet.
