Thanks for letting me know. I was planning to go to the DM office in pune. Since I've heard mixed results of those that have applied online.

Has anyone got the certificate from the DM ???

I got approval from cbse and submitted the documents for change in name and gender on Tuesday and shall receive the updated documents soon.
