ilamathi Yes, per the rules, you can have your gender marker changed to Male/Female, you need to submit a certificate from the Medical Superintendent or Chief Medical Officer of the "medical institution" in which you have undergone the said medical intervention - this would be a signed letter from your doctor/hospital stating that you have been "undergoing hormonal therapy since 2019 under Dr. XYZ's care, which is a medical intervention towards a gender affirming procedure as male/female"
You can get it changed to "transgender" without any proof/certificate

The rules state that the Transgender ID card they give will be the basis for changing legal name, photograph and gender on all of these documents including educational certificates, as listed in Annexure-I
