Hello girls, this is my first post on here. I have large feet (11 UK) and had the same problems, until I discovered Metro Shoes. I find that their size 43 fits me perfectly and they usually have some styles in stock, but never heels. What I did though was to walk into a store in Chennai and got a pair made to my size!
