You may find one in Gujrat but the psychiatrist might not have experience. Your friend will end up explaining to the doctor what Gender Dysphoria is, and then I've heard of so many cases where the psychiatrists don't even write the GD Lettre even after going for multiple sessions so preferably if you're able to find an experienced psychiatrist that would be the best else.
