Hijra is a old cultural practice used by androgynous people, transwoman, intresex people , castrated male of India. Even there is some Hijra those who are not typically feel female identity inside. there is no English term of Hijra, Cause this culture you only find in India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, srilanka Nepal only.
