CrimsonScarlett so you will need to get an appointment first. Either call the clinic up or use practo. It's called "A Beautiful Mind Clinic".
They'll give you a time, which isn't actually your appointment time, but the time the doctor will be there (this threw me off a bit but I'm told this is pretty common).
After waiting a bit, you will first meet his assistant who will take your history including any previous therapy. You should tell her why you're there at this point. She is extremely nice and professional. I've seen some people complain about this step but I feel like it's a minor step and you don't necessarily need the doctor for it.
You'll be asked to wait again and when it's your turn to see the doc, she will brief him about your history. He will ask you further questions and I think if you haven't had therapy before I think he will probably ask for more sessions with you. I had already been going to therapy for a year or so.
He took some ID information from me for legal reasons before providing me with the GID certificate. He assured me that it was only for his records.
The front desk also provided me with endocrinologist recommendations and their numbers to contact.
