Tina_queen okay, I'm 23 years old and I have pretty bad experience with progynova, as far as physical changes are concerned it lot depends on how ur body is.
I don't recommend self Medicating but I understand the instict to self medicate. You have to be extra careful when u do, don't take Progynova blindly it will have serious side effects, for me I was having Depression and anxiety. Go to a phycastrist and get GID letter, and go for an endocrinologist near you.
This is not an encouragement to self medicate, but it might help you in understanding, Our body will constantly produce testosterone and a bit of estrogen naturally, to develop a female secondary characteristics we need to suppress testosterone and bump up estrogen.
You take estrogen for long without suppressing testosterone, physically it might mess up your body to a point where u might having something like a weird man boobs.
Im sure you will find a testosterone blocker somehow and might take it as well, but I have to warn you, mood swings and depression will take you away.
Also to point out the increase risk of getting life treating side effects. You if we're going to take self Medicating whatsoever, get a full body checkup, especially for liver functions (especially if u consume lots of alcohol or carbonated beverages), kidneys, blood lipid profile etc... Also your current body testosterone level and estrogen level, I'm pretty sure you will find ways to get all the information you need if ur determined enough. And getting regular checkups at regular intervals are very necessary.
I'm not a doctor... I got these information from Chatting with doctors on Practo app, you can do the same. And my brother is doing his medicine.
