Hi! I'm Manasi Patil, a final-year architecture student . I'm currently working on my thesis, which focuses on the transgender community and aims to understand how architecture can create more inclusive and supportive spaces.
As part of my thesis, I hope to interact with transgender individuals to better understand how the built environment influences their everyday lives, sense of safety, identity, belonging, and access to public and community spaces.
The interviews will be audio recorded only with the participant's consent, kept strictly confidential, and used solely for academic purposes.
I am writing to ask if your organization would be willing to help me connect with individuals who may be interested in sharing their experiences. Their insights would play a vital role in shaping a research project that seeks to create more inclusive, dignified, and responsive spaces through architecture.
