Does HRT perform better after vaginoplasty?

Hey folks 👋

I am on MTF HRT since 2.5 yrs now. My hormones level are in female range since a long time already.

But still...I am not really satisfied with my breast volume and facial feminization with hormones.

Now, if I consider vaginoplasty now, do u think hormones will give better effects, since there is no testosterone cancellation effect in the body?

I just want to avoid ffs or breast implants. Do u think vaginoplasty will boost hrt effects?

Ruhanika Great to hear the update Sis, Vaginoplasty will not boost the HRT effects in M2F, We still need to depend on the medicines itself. My suggestion would be not go for a breast implant. The hrt medicines will do their job even though it might take some time, but definitely depends on the body hormonal levels also. I have reached a B cup in 2 yrs time and this may differ for each persons.

HarithaKurup Yupp ... Not considering implants for now. Bohot unnatural look ata h usse. But thinking if getting vaginoplasty + including progesterone would help with more breast volume and feminization in general.

Yes u can say .
As per my personal experience HRT works more efficiently after bottom surgery.
It's natural after male genital removal there will be no chance of production of male harmones & female harmones u are taking shows more prominent effects.
Still sometimes u need to take t blockers
