Leno From my experience, you might have a better experience at a brand name chain salon like Looks, Habibs etc. You don't have to disclose your identity, and can go with something like being a biker, or wanting something edgy/boyish/masculine. Most salons won't really care about this, but some stylists might try to push you to a more feminine look, but most of them will cut/style the way you want.
A fade/undercut or a hybrid is actually a very popular style(I did that in my previous self and rocked it ?)
