Can you directly apply for section 7 with just a GD/GID certificate

This is another point of confusion as ideally my partner would want the TG Card to read as male as quickly as it can but we are not sure if applying directly from section 7 will cause the application to be rejected and if it is smarter to get it with section 6 first and then revise it to section 7
It isnt feasible for us to get surgeries yet between these application so I am not sure if a revised TG Card will be issued just through GD Certificate
We dont want to rush into aadhar gender change as that is only allowed once as well

ferrous Heyy. It totally depends upon your DM office.
Where are you from ?
Technically, You can get Binary marked TG card by GD Certificate, but officials creates problem in some states.
If you're from Delhi NCR or Karnataka or Tamilnadu or Kerala
Then, You'll get it easily.
