Hi so my boyfriend had applied for his TG Card in August of 2025 from Hanumangarh Rajasthan (his home district) but due to it being a backwaters district the application has been held under status review until now without any updates despite emails from ministry of social justice
We both live in delhi, He finished his bachelors from Delhi and is going for masters now hopefully under the third gender category
We were thinking of applying for the TG Card with Delhi as Applicants State and our specific district
would the aadhar cards address being of rajasthan affect this delhi application?
I know its just easier to change aadhar card address but it is tied to OBC certificate and makes all of this very convulated
