facing nuisance from aadhar center

Hello guys, I'm Kevin from Bangalore, i applied for name and gender change in Aadhar card giving supporting document my tg id card, my gender change is done within one day after enrolling but name change is getting delayed. Even in UIDAI document's list it's shown tg id card is valid document. still they are rejecting i re-enrolled multiple times even in kanija bhavan they told me it's considered as valid document according to list still they are rejecting, so does anyone know any solution for this name change in documents please let me know

asmin hi, i applied for Aadhar name and gender change using my tg id card my gender change done within a day but for my name change they are delaying even though it's valid document and making me wander from center to center. So planing to get gazette notification now.

Silvie tg id card (transgender id card) is used to change name and gender in all official documents giving as identity card

I visited 3 different places to update today with gazette in bangalore. 2 of them told me they will process my application with name and gender both only if I had TG ID card.

1st Post office near cubbon park. Operator refused to process as soon as she realized i am trans. She said I need to bring TG ID card which i said i dont have yet. then she told if I bring TG id card then onlyshe will update. I asked her to do name change at least because i have gazette publication, she said rudely gazette is not for your kind, you need to bring tg id card.

2nd visited another at shanti nagar bust stand they said go to HSR layout aadhaar kendra they will do it.

3rd visited HSR layout ASK. They agreed to process my name change but said only if i had TG ID card they had update my name and gender together.

@Kevin97 have you visited any of these?

asmin I got mine updated from the HSR layour (on outer ring road) ASK with TG card and certificate. It was very smooth and my aadhaar got updated in around 20 days.

asmin hello asmin, i have tg ID card first i visited majestic mall aadhar centre (now they don't have there) they enrolled telling my tg id card is valid, but it got rejected in processing, next i went to khanija Bhavan centre there my gender change done in one day but my name change process got rejected after re-enrolling, the reason was invalid documents, yesterday i went and asked they told in my tg id card DM signature and seal not done on my photo in tg ID card so they are rejecting, i went to DM office those people said to apply for new.

I think I got lucky and got my Aadhaar updated through just the TG card and certificate. I also read in another thread on the forum that some people are getting without gazette while others are having to get a gazette notification to update it.

Zeffirara hey can you tell me whether you have DM signature and seal on your photo or only on end of tg id card, so i can also get done in HSR

@Kevin97 im going through the exact same situation. I went to the hsr seva Kendra and tried a name update with tg id; it got rejected. When I went to Khanija Bhavan they said it was because there was no sign/seal on the photo. I got in touch with the wcd and was able to get it attested. Went to hsr again with the updated tg id, but it got rejected again. Not sure what to do now

pri17 even in khanija bhavan too people are making nuisance i think it's better with gazette notification only

Kevin97 Visit Adhaar Seva kendra which is newly opened on ORR near HSR. Its above Baby Shop (i forgot the name exactly) They will do this Name change using TG id card.
