After receiving TG ID card, i had applied for name and gender change in Aadhaar center, my residency came under Maharashtra, after 2 weeks of time the application was rejected. Upon mailing the uddai, the mumbai Udaai office recently sent a mail stating the POI (i.e. Magistrate Order) is invalid POI for name and gender update.
While this was happening i got my aadhaar address updated to Karnataka and reapplied name and gender update after talking to a manager from Aadhaar center. After a month of time, i received same rejection stating, the TG card is invalid proof of identity for name and gender update. I am not sure, what to do at this point, i will be going to enrolment center and Udaai office but is it actually true because per the https://uidai.gov.in/images/commdoc/List_of_Supporting_Document_for_Aadhaar_Enrolment_and_Update.pdf the tg id card is mentioned as valid POI?
Who should i connect regarding this its been 3 months back forth constantly visiting randomly looking for help but i am not getting proper leads or help regarding this?
