Hi, I am a non-binary person, and I’m planning to get breast augmentation surgery. Before that, I want to start hormones to help develop breast tissue. I consulted a doctor for this, and they told me I need to get a GID certificate for HRT (hormone replacement therapy). So, I went to MS Ramaiah Hospital and clearly explained my gender identity and what exactly I’m looking for. However, they said they cannot provide me a GID certificate. They also mentioned that if I start hormones, it will lead to complete feminization, not just breast tissue development. But I only want breast tissue growth, not full feminization. So, the doctor at Ramaiah said she cannot provide the certificate or help me with further steps. I’m confused — what should I do next to achieve my goal safely?
