Various Surgeries Required for M2F Transformation?

What are the various treatments or surgeries or procedures required for a M2F transformation?

I know the following are required. ( I dont know the exact names of these procedures.)
1: Vocal Therapy
2: Breast Creation.
3: Bottom Surgery for M2F

transmom2024 I Point 1 Should be Voice Feminzation Surgery (VFS), (I did it 6 months back). Voice therapy is still required after that, and one may only go with voice therapy alone, but as you mentioned surgeries, so I guess it should be surgery instead.
