Swara Denying admission on the basis of mismatch between 10th cbse marksheets and bachelors marksheets My cbse marksheets are under process to get changed and all my other documents are legally changed now Is it legal to deny me admission on this basis ?
nobleweather Swara Which college/institution are you trying to get admission into? Afaik if you have the affidavit that states you have legally changed your name and gender you can just give that for admission
Swara nobleweather Yenepoya university Manglore I have gazette notification too I have news paper cuttings Even I have medical certificate issued by hospital But they are saying that they’ll enter my name as per my 10th standard result card and because of this mismatch they are denying me
