TokumeiM W06 If you want the M/F marker, you have to show them proof of medical intervention (usually GD certificate suffices but some might want proof of HRT). Anyone can get the T (third gender/transgender) marker regardless of medical intervention.
Mayadm Depends. Some transgender people identify with "third gender" other than male or female. Other transgender people identify and medically change gender from male to female OR female to male.
